Our experience at Tony Hyundai was great! Our sales representative (Dennis Ferreira) was extremely helpful and patient during the entire process. He even provided us with an opportunity to reduce our down payment utilizing a special program Hyundai had using our Costco Executive Membership. Once our sale was completed, he took additional time (twice) to demonstrate the many new and unique features of our vehicle which was very much appreciated. Their support staff was also on top of things as well offering various products to outfit the vehicle and scheduling of interior fabric and exterior paint protection for our new vehicle. Negotiable items did some take time, but anything you want to be good takes extra time to make everything good. I was also impressed that both GM and Sales Manager made the effort to introduce themselves and let us know they wanted to help in anyway possible and if we weren’t happy to let them know. Great teamwork all the way around! More
