It's been a year since my last appointment and it feels like they made some improvements so that they didn't seem as overwhelmed. Were they still behind on the appointments? Unfortunately it seems they were, but I was lucky to have one of the first slots of the day. Needed to get my car serviced, safety checked, and have a small part replaced. Total cost was almost $600 which seemed pretty steep, but I needed to get it done right away and my options were limited. Before, I had a hard time scheduling a safety check because there was only one inspector and they weren't available every day. Previously had to go to Tony Volkswagen to get it done. Now they supposedly have more certified workers so they don't seem to have a scheduling issue anymore. On the subject of scheduling, don't use the online system. Calling and talking to an actual human, I was able to get an appointment 3 weeks earlier than what was showing up online. And there were plenty of openings to choose from too! Finally, I would like to give praise to my advisor, Jack. He was very helpful, courteous, and good at communicating with me throughout the whole process. More

The staff who helped me, Rose Victorino Larry was very professional and helpful. I waited about 4+ hours for technician to change 2 rear tires and an oil change. Came in for oil change and safety check. Received text to review critical repairs i may need. I selected brake fluid exchange and wheel alignment.
