Sofia was great! Very friendly and made sure we were well versed in our new Palisade. She and the manager did a final inspection to make sure the vehicle was perfect before we drove off the lot. That was very nice. Finance took a while (as usual) and we paid $3,000 over MSRP (supposed to have been $5,000) due to the Hawaii markup, even with our military discount. But overall, very good experience.
Always great service from initial set up of appointment to pick up. Hyundai hires the best staff. Really courteous and informative
