After buying a car, the service department is like no other I have ever experienced. You are greeted with a smile and everything is done on time. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, has a big TV and vending machines. The bathrooms are spotless and they give you a free car wash when you leave. Now this is a SERVICE department. More

Our salesman, Nick, was very helpful throughout the entire sales process and he patiently explained all of the functions of the car before I drove it home off the lot. Nick took the time to highlight and note all of the important features and operating functions in the car's owners manual and feature guides, and he explained how the Hyundai Bluelink service worked and even got me registered with my free trial. John, the manager on duty at the time, was very honest and fair, and he wasn't pushy or aggressive at all. He showed us up front all of the costs associated with the lease offer, without hiding anything or playing the numbers game, and he gave me a fair value on my trade in. Tony Hyundai Honolulu's price could not be beat by their competition and I got the car I wanted at a great price.
