I am a customer of Tony Nissan and was in the market for a compact SUV. Nick Gerbers, Internet Sales Manager, contacted me the next AM via e-mail. The sales experience and customer service from Nick was exceptional. Andrew gave me a fair trade in for my Murano and good financing APR through FHB. The financing experience with Wayne Fukumoto was also exceptional reviewing the CNA warranty coverage options and being well organized with the closing documents. Can't say more about Nick who took the time to go through the operational and service documents and setting up the Bluetooth and electronics. I brought my 2005 Sonada in for a service. I had been dreaming of a new model-S Sonada or Elantra since the 2012 models came out. When I finished my check in, I saw one of my old students-Anthony- dreaming of a new model-S Sonada or Elantra since the 2012 models came out. When I finished my check in, I saw one of my old students-Anthony- and while remembering "our fun days" Scot, a salesman, came up and Anthony introduced us. That was "IT".
