It's not often that you find a sales person who not only listens but takes themselves out of the equation and really makes the car buying all about the family or person buying the car. I can't find the words to describe the awesome experience I had working with the staff at Tony Hyundai in Waipio, but more so to describe the fabulous service that I received from Joseph Kinsey. He is very knowledgeable and also patient. He took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted and at no point did I feel like just a sale to him. My wife and I went into the dealership not really expecting to make a purchase. I had done some research on family sedans and wanted to find out more about the new Azera. I called Ken Hirata and even though it was his day off, he met with us and took us through the test drive and provided us with the car features. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Needless to say we were very impressed by the car and decided to negotiate a purchase. Even when there was a hitch in negotiations, Ken and the sales manager, Andrew Lee were very professional at all times. We were able to agree upon a price that was very close to what we wanted, for a car that had everything we wanted. John Martinho guided us through the paper work pleasantly and efficiently. We are very happy with our purchase. I would definitely recommend anyone to go and see Ken and Andrew if they were interested in a new Hyundai. More
