Generally my experiences with dealer service is, dealers service were not trustworthy. All they could think of was xxxxxx the custormers. I see something going on now that I like, Hyundai service senses that car owners have wised up about dealer service. Now dealers are more customer oriented, they know that earning customer trust is important. As far as cost to repair the vehicle, dealer service dept. should be the best. Why? Because you are the representative of the vehicle you SELL. You should have the expertise to fix the vehicle you sell better than independent auto repair shops. AND that savings should be past on to the vehicle owner. The day you hear vehicle owners say "dealer service is the best place to have my vehicle serviced because it is gonna be done right and the price will be fair", YOU have arrived. You have found the secret to success. So far your service dept. employees are the greatest. The young gal where you pay the bill overcharged me. I did not realize that. When I got home, she call to inform me of the overcharge and that she would take care of it. I told her I appreciated the call and that she was a big asset to your company. Because I don't hear well, I did not get her name, please find out who she is because she needs to know from you that she is really a good (person) employee. More

Went here with an appointment and still waited over 2 hours for my car to be serviced. I had a current safety check with papers (but the sticker was stolen), and they insisted that I needed to purchase hours for my car to be serviced. I had a current safety check with papers (but the sticker was stolen), and they insisted that I needed to purchase another one because my car had tint, which I had purchased from Tony Group. They failed my safety and could not verify the problem on my car. So in the end, I had to pay an extra $20 for a safety that I didn't need and wasted in total over 2 hours of my time. I was very disappointed in them for taking advantage of me. I kept asking why I needed this done and that I did not want it, and they said that it was too late because she already performed the inspection and they needed to charge the labor. I really thought Hyundai would live up to their name in service. More

I really appreciated the extra time he took to be very thorough with all the features of the car and he made the entire process an easy decision for us to purchase a Hyundai. My girlfriend and I have been to other dealers in the last few weeks (Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Acura) but none of the sales people showed us the customer service that Henry, Jack, and Miles have shown; which made it easy for us to decide to go with Tony Hyundai. Miles was very helpful with showing us the car and then introducing us to Henry. Jack was also a pleasure to work with as he explained all the finances to us so well that we left having no questions unanswered. Overall a great experience from top to bottom and would highly be recommending people to work with Miles, Jack, and Henry to purchase their new car. More

Always excellent support by the staff at this location. The only negative comment is the "disposal fee" for the oil/shop. I think this should simply be added to your standard rate. A good example is going to a Hotel with a rate of $150.00 and then finding out you have a Resort Fee of another $25.00 which you have no choice in. Just add the fee to your standard fee which is already reasonable. More

Miles and his entire staff have always extended friendliness, concern, service, and sincere warmth. Keoni is beyond amazing. He works so hard to provide service beyond expectation. I wrote a lengthy review on Yelp, especially mentioning Miles Miller. I am made to feel so welcome by him and his staff. I know very little about cars, except that I drive them and they get me where I need to get to, hopefully on time. Miles and Keoni have explained everything thoroughly and patiently to me; I never feel "talked down" to. They know I am a busy professional. I can count on them in every way in regards to taking care of my car. I never worry about being taken advantage of or overcharged. As a widow, this has happened to me in the past. The driver, Poomai, is exceptional. She is reliable, always on time, and extremely courteous and understanding. She makes every effort to make sure I am comfortable in regards to the A/C and type and loudness of the music. She is an excellent, aware driver. More

We worked with Aaron Demello who is by far the best sales representative that we have ever worked with. Due to the fact that he was so kind and helpful my husband and I have decided that for all future auto purchase's we only wish to work with your dealership.
