I called Ken Hirata and even though it was his day off, he met with us and took us through the test drive and provided us with the car features. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Needless to say we were very impressed by the car and decided to negotiate a purchase. Even when there was a hitch in negotiations, Ken and the sales manager, Andrew Lee were very professional at all times. We were able to agree upon a price that was very close to what we wanted, for a car that had everything we wanted. John Martinho guided us through the paper work pleasantly and efficiently.
