In the past 7 years I have dealt positively with Keoni, Gina and Todd. This was my first and absolutely last experience with Thomas Churchill. He called my home at noon on Dec. 23 to tell me my car was Gina and Todd. This was my first and absolutely last experience with Thomas Churchill. He called my home at noon on Dec. 23 to tell me my car was ready and the shuttle driver would pick me up at my Halawa home at 1 pm. When 2 pm rolled around and no pick up, I called the service department. Ashley returned my call and said the driver was not answering her phone. At 2:40 pm I again called and spoke to Gina who said there must have been a mix up in communication becauseTrinity was in town and Gina could not tell me when I would be picked up. At 3:40 I received a call from Trinity who said she was unaware Thomas had called me about a pick up time. She said he is not in charge of making her shuttle schedule. If Thomas had just followed the proper procedure, I would not be writing to complain about his actions. Trinity arrived at 3:40 and we got to know each other quite well during our 90 minute ride back to Waipio. Traffic was a beast! However, I want to commend Trinity for her courteous safe driving, calmness after hearing what had happened, and all while she had a bad cold and cough. Trinity explained she doesn't answer her phone when customers are in the van, feeling like it would be discourteous. She is a delight and helped my Hyundai experience end on a positive note. Gina and Ashley extended their apologies also. I regret I could not rate a "5" for customer service and overall experience. I would like to know what action will be taken to help Thomas understand his role as a service advisor at your facility. Mahalo for letting me share my experience. More

I like the interaction that took place with Lyn in getting my van serviced. Good day, good time, and finished the same day. From the moment we entered the building, everyone we came into contact with was friendly, easy-going, and not pushy. Our sales consultant, Aaron Demello, was willing to cater to our needs and make sure we go into contact with was friendly, easy-going, and not pushy. Our sales consultant, Aaron Demello, was willing to cater to our needs and make sure we got what we came for, even if it meant taking us to their staging lot a couple miles away - 30 minutes before the dealer was scheduled to close at 8pm! And he was cool with it, not rushing us or anything. Aaron was very knowledgable about the vehicle we were interested in and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. After getting to know him a little during our conversations to and from the staging lot, he became more like our "cousin" that works at a dealer rather than a typical car salesman. He was honest and straight-up about everything during price negotiation, nothing like what we've experienced from other dealers. Finance Manager "Uncle" John Travis was equally friendly and straight-up, no run arounds. He came up with a monthly payment below what we wanted, plus he was able get us a whole bunch of EXTRAS - all below the amount that we were willing to pay monthly. By that time it was already nearing 11pm, and they still had a genuine smile on their face and respected us. The next day was Aaron's day off, but he came to the dealer at 6pm like he promised to deliver the car. It was detailed and sparkling!! We finalized paper work with Uncle John and jumped into our new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. Aaron spent the next 20 minutes or so going over with us all the amazing features and gadgets of the vehicle, even setting up both my wife's and my phone for Bluetooth audio in the car. He did all this with genuine interest in us and professionalism... Even if he was a little bit under the weather. He gave us his personal cell number and encouraged us to call him anytime with questions or concerns... And we definitely will call him! Overall, we really ENJOYED our experience at Tony Hyundai Waipio. It didn't even seem like we were buying a car... That's how different it is and Tony. Great people, good prices, and amazing car! We already started advertising Tony Hyundai and our awesome experience with Aaron and John to our family and friends. The next time we need a car, we are going to see Aaron at Tony Hyundai. Shuttle driver shouldn't talk and text while driving . The reason it's against the law is she might get into a accident . I must say the service experience was stellar/excellent. Not only was everything was explained fully my appointment was prompt and timely. I arrived at 7a and was out by 7:45a including a car wash. I must say the experience far exceeds my service experience when compared to Mercedes Benz of Honolulu, having actually owned 3 ML350's and 1 C class automobile from them over the past 12 years. Yes both Lyn and Roxanne took extremely good care of me and my needs :-). More

I think when anyone buys a big ticket item, they feel a bit apprehensive. Henry, Jack and Allan made the whole experience outstanding! They were friendly and professional. Throughout the whole process it felt really relaxed. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into a particular direction. At first we were considering the Sonata, but found the Elantra a better fit for us. I would sincerely recommend Tony Hyundai to anyone looking to buy. Now we have a brand new car. Thank you to Henry, Jack and Allan! More
