We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by John Kamakana after going inside. Never once did we feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. John took an extremely good amount of time to show us two different car models and explain all they had to offer. We went for long test drives in both cars that gave us a good idea of what we were looking for. At first we thought we couldn't afford anything more than an Accent and that was fine. To our surprise we went inside to talk numbers after test driving an 2013 Elantra. Because of the helpfulness and willingness of the staff at Tony Hyundai we were able to get the car we truly wanted, the elantra! They were more than willing to help us come up with a price that we could afford and were happy with. Furthermore, my husband and I weren't able to pick the car up until a couple days later because of personal reasons and the staff was more than happy to hold our car for us. Upon our arrival to pick up our new car, John Kamakana had moved it inside the showroom because it was raining and he did not want it getting dirty. The little details Tony Hyundai took into consideration throughout our entire experience was incredible. We did not feel like a stranger trying to buy a car, we felt like family. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to have a pleasant car buying experience. I would go back to Tony Hyundai without second thought. He gave us an opportunity to think about the contract without any pressure and that really helped us feel at ease with our decision of going with Hyundai. The experience at Tony Pearlridge was nothing less than superlative. I went with the intention to get a used car with better gas mileage. There was no pressure to push a vehicle on me, they answered my questions in a very professional manner and I never once felt like there was a stupid question. This is the 11th vehicle I purchased and third from the Tony Auto Group, the Tony Auto Group has the best customer service I have ever experienced from a car dealer, again there is no pressure and they do not try to get you into something you are not looking for, nor do they try to tell you what you "need". The standard of customer service is the same among all the employees I have interfaced with and it is nothing short of outstanding. On a scale of satisfaction between 1-10 the men down at Tony Pearlridge are a very solid 10. Tony Auto Group is THE STANDARD for all dealerships to follow.
