Our salesman, John Kamakana was very straight forward and very knowledgable. we did not feel pressured but yet he made us feel good about selecting the Hyundai Elantra for my young son. I don't normally like shopping for a car because of the pushy salesman, who only care about their commission. However, my husband and I needed to purchase a car due to necessity. I am pleased to say that y experience with Hyundai was like no other. Our salesman, Aarron was/is unlike any salesman I've encountered. He actually cared about our needs and let us make our decision without any pressure or hard sell. He made our experience with Hyundai a very favorable one!! Our original intent is to look at our options of hybrids available. to our surprise, the sonata was amongst the top contender. we were comparing with Lexus, Toyota, ford, and Hyundai. In a matter of a we available. to our surprise, the sonata was amongst the top contender. we were comparing with Lexus, Toyota, ford, and Hyundai. In a matter of a week, we narrow the choices to Lexus and Hyundai. the only drawback we encountered on the Hyundai, was the passenger seat did not come with power adjustable seats. A feature that we wanted , so that my wife would be more comfortable to be in. We strongly was leaning towards the Lexus due to the comfort, options, and being prior owners of Lexus and the way it handles on the road. After much consideration, especially the warrantees, we decided to go with the Sonata. We are hoping that this is a good choice, being that we wanted a vehicle that we would keep for at least 10+ years. We still own a Lexus and in the next 5 years we would need to replace that one, whether another Lexus or Hyundai will now determine on the outcome of our new vehicle. so far we are very happy with the choice, but as like all things, time will tell. thanks, Stephen LL More
My overall experience was good. They were really friendly right when i got there and right away got started on looking at the cars and test driving. I think the price I paid was a little higher than i really wanted to when i look back to it. I was looking to spend around 30-33000 but when i looked at the total price 37000. But everything else was great and I am happy with the car. More
