This is the third time I have dealt with the service department from this dealership, the first two were out of my control because I had the 3 month warranty from the Tony Group. The first time there wa department from this dealership, the first two were out of my control because I had the 3 month warranty from the Tony Group. The first time there was a bracket broken around my timing chain, at the time you could just hear the chain slapping around. They told me that they could not hear anything, and everything was perfectly fine, the noise was normal. They told me if for some reason I hear the noise again to bring the vehicle in. So the very next day I was there again, they finally diagnosed the problem as a Cam Phaser. They referred me to another dealership, because they didn't have the "parts". I took it to the dealership, and Ford diagnosed the problem immediately and were ready to get working. They just needed the approval from Tony Group. I waited 3 weeks, for a "answered phone call", (normal run around) and then I went straight to the Tony Manager. Somehow the phone call was immediate after that? So then Ford fixed this issue very quickly. I just recently got home from Tony Hyundai once again, with a brake problem. They told me they did a full diagnosis on the problem, and it sat outside the shop except for about 15 minutes, that's a fast full inspection. I have a warranty for everything, but they still charged me $75? So I take it straight to Maui Off-Road Center, right down the road. I tell them the problem, and he don't look at it, all he says is your ebrake is sticking. Engage, then disengage a few times, well its now fixed. This is just a typical run around, corrupt little business. If you don't have your vehicle then your renting one from them, you have a warranty, you still pay them somehow. I have no complaints from Tony Volkswagen, but Hyundai is pathetic. More
The car and servicing are very good but your batteries and your tire should be standardized and competitive or on warrantee. Nobody has your size batteries or your size tires and that's are real minus fo and your tire should be standardized and competitive or on warrantee. I changed 4 tires in less than 1-1/2 years, nearly $1000, possibly 5 tires but I told them to salvage it. The tires are like weak surgeons' gloves. I'm thinking maybe changing the make of the car and count it as an experience to learn by. More

Absolutely Exceptional Experience. I simply can't say enough good things about how well Henry Murillo and Percival Sudiacal treated me and my wife during our search for a replacement vehicle (my wife say enough good things about how well Henry Murillo and Percival Sudiacal treated me and my wife during our search for a replacement vehicle (my wife's CAMRY XLE was lost due to auto fire on new years eve). There was no pressure, only kind courteous and friendly conversation. My wife and I compared several models and makes and made two trips to Tony Hyundai. When I went to the Toyota dealer where I had bought my wife's car in Waipahu, the sales person there did not seem "genuinely" interested in me; he answered my questions was not truly dedicated to knowing or meeting my desires. On the other hand, Henry and Percival were totally supportive; showed my wife several cars, drove us in several, and even took us to the storage lot in Mililani to ensure my wife got the car she wanted. Henry even brought another car down afterwards....they treated us like family. My wife settled on a Elantra Limited. Percy and Henry familiarized my wife with the car controls, set up the bluetooth, and ensured all her questions were answered. They really treated us the best. I have been a Toyota fan previously, now I am well on my way to being a Hyundai convert. Not only the best warranty available, but the service and treatment was what really impressed me; and I don't impress easily. My wife;s Elantra Limited is as nice as her previous XLE, and she totally loves the Bluetooth. She said it correctly when she said, this is the best I've ever been treated -- like family. My wife drove the car home to Kapolei and loves it. More

He stayed in my price-range, was honest about what to avoid, and did not assume he had all of the answers to my questions. It felt like I was car shopping with a friend I could trust wholeheartedly. The best part was his honesty -- he gave his professional and personal advice, and ultimately found the perfect car that suited my needs. Everyone else I encountered was helpful, friendly, and easy-going. I especially appreciated Jack Wolfanger who did not BS us into buying things we didn't need. This type of honesty is how customer loyalty is formed. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and will be returning for my future purchase and maintenance.
