We brought our car in for servicing and there was a recall on the computer while uploading they had some difficulties updating the computer in our car which took double the time promised. I was with my 85 year old mom I asked for a shuttle so I could take my Mom to get something to eat but it wasn’t available. she gave us a ride to get some lunch and had us call her when we were ready to be picked up. Taking over 2 hours to conduct an oil change and a rotation is unsatisfactory. Why is my appointment at 140 but my vehicle doesn’t get pulled in until 210?
