A true test of employee performance comes at a time when the crew is busy and under stress. During my visit the Service Department was extremely busy there were customers waiting in side and outside. There were some that appeared visibly stressed but stayed professional and focused. The Service Writers remained cordial and at times appeared jovial. One person stood out to me his name is Jarvell “JJ” Jackson. He was very perceptive that I was trying to be patient with the long wait. He assured me that I would be next and apologize for the inconvenience. Later that day when I returned to pick up my car, he noticed I was waiting a long time for my car to be brought out. He approached me and said “I feel like giving you a hug”, referring to the inconveniences of my day. He actually remembered me from the morning. “JJ” should be commended for being so perceptive about my needs and being so acutely aware of what is going on in his Service Department, JJ took an irritating situation for me and basically turned that around and made my day. He is an asset to your organization. More
After my simple oil change request, my car needed filter replacements and my bill was over $200.
