Salesman was informative. Service writer and service department was not informative at all. My car has been in the service department for almost a year and a half and problem Service writer and service department was not informative at all. Service writer would tell us she'd contact us with updates but we'd have to call her for any updates. After picking up my car last Wednesday I couldn't drive my car my car around the dealership without the car stalling. Unsafe to drive it on the highway. This has been an issue with some other people I talked to. So in good faith I cannot recommend people to purchase a Hyundai from Tony Hyundai. More
Must train better. ..having customer wait for 1 hr. to be served. Lots of walk abouts, NO attention given to entering person. Didn't follow through an remove papers to be sure...Pressing on time customer took inspectors word, but found it in place that day..Had to rearrange schedule to return to have inspection next day...Would have been avoided, if willing to be attentive of good customer service More
The dealership is the best in all aspects, from management to sales. Everyone was patient professional, friendly and so accommodating. Everytime I come here I am blown away with how professional and helpful everyone is. The last two times, that I’ve been in, my car was in a bad spot and needed some quick action. Both times the se professional and helpful everyone is. The last two times, that I’ve been in, my car was in a bad spot and needed some quick action. Both times the service team took care of me and my vehicle. This time, Howard (in parts part of the dealership) was so very helpful! He was able to get my car in the shop by working with the service team to find an opening and get the parts I needed. Without them I would be without a car and in a bad spot. Thank you Tony Hyundai team for the amazing help! More
