Prompt and Efficient Service I chose a Saturday to have my 2005 GX470 serviced. I was given a new GX as s loaner which helped me evaluate the new model. The service was done in 4 I chose a Saturday to have my 2005 GX470 serviced. I was given a new GX as s loaner which helped me evaluate the new model. The service was done in 4 hours and my vehicle was returned clean and running as always, very well. Friendly Service Consultant Alexis Walters took care of my appointment and reviewed all that was done. Great looking service department and welcoming center. More

This time I called to schedule and I was actually able to get in the same day and wait. It’s a beautiful waiting room, so accommodating. The rep was super pleasant, asked if I had any additional items I wanted them to look at and as I was checking out, informed me of new features coming up in future models. I trust their service and I really like getting a washed car back! 😊 I actually thought to myself, as I drove away, that I will always drive a Lexus from this dealership for these very reasons! More
Service Dept needs some help for communication with customer Our long time service consultant, Brian M who we worked for last 10+ yrs was no longer there, so when I sent him an e mail to schedule for the service Our long time service consultant, Brian M who we worked for last 10+ yrs was no longer there, so when I sent him an e mail to schedule for the service, the service manager referred us to new one. Somehow, I didn’t get the reply fm this new consultant , so, I asked the service manager for more reliable one, then, he referred us “reliable service consultant”. She and I exchanged several emails to set up an appt, bc we wanted the estimate for seat leather repair, so we wanted to bring our car in one day b4 for 90K service. I had to rescudule one more time, bc of my husband’s work, and she changed to following wk by e mail. So far, no problem. Finally, we brought our car in and asked for her, we found out that she was off that wk for Florida vacation. My husband left work early in order to bring our car in. She never told us she was off that wk, never asked us if we don’t mind work with someone else. She just left! If she didn’t know she was going to take days off following wk (which wasn’t the case), she should least let us know she won’t be here bc we made an appt with her (bc the service manager referred her to us). We didn’t want to work with just anybody, We were upset about the whole thing, and Victor C n Ashley E helped us. I asked for the manager few times, but he wasn’t available. Victor n Ashley worked as a team n took care of us. Victor wasn’t even a one of service consultants, but he did beyond what he needs to do n took care of us. He did “whatever it takes”. if Victor n Ashley weren’t there, we would have been very upset bc my husband left work early for nothing n all those e mail exchanges with the service consultant were no use. I just want to thank Victor n Ashley. Specially, Victor who tried so hard to please upset customer, and he did great job! More
Luxury at it finest! My review started several weeks ago when my wife was thinking about getting her car updated to a newer year and model. This began when I met Joe and My review started several weeks ago when my wife was thinking about getting her car updated to a newer year and model. This began when I met Joe and he was immediately responsive to my or our needs prior to bringing here to the dealership. I sold her vehicle (400h) outright at a great price and then returned to have her drive the 450h and she loved the experiience. The vehicle has so much more than her 2008 and will take some learning to get use to but very pleased with the whole approach of not having to negotiate for the best deal. All the crew from sales to finance to service were as hospitable as me buying a Maserati. Thanks and we will be back in the future. More

Joe Brumfield was awesome! Joe was extremely patient as I tried to decide on a color. Once I finally picked a vehicle I had to decide whether to buy or lease.
