Received great service for the complementary 5K maintenance check up on my Lexus. I was at the dealership for about an hour. Relaxing lounge and friendly personnel who answered all of my questions while I was there.

The showroom is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The waiting area is ample and you don’t feel cramped. The restrooms are very nice and clean and the Service bay appears clean and well organized. Sam Shobe worked extremely hard to find me the car I would be happy with. I recommend him to everyone. I previously had a BMW and was very happy with the service department at that dealership and didn’t think it could be matched however, my experience so far at Tom Wood Lexus has been even better.
