Cfdockman, thank you for your feedback. During your visit, we had four separate employees trying to assist you on the operation functions associated with your vehicle. As sadden as you were, we were saddened too, because we could tell our vehicle operation communication with you was not to your satisfaction. The "bunch more problems" was a multi-point inspection provided to you. The inverse - not pointing out issues, could be much worse. Ethically, we will point out, it is our responsibility, but 100% your decision on next steps with the issues documented.
