We decided on Indiana for a number of factors...one of those being Josh and Tom Wood Lexus. Upon setting up our appointment with Josh to come in and purchase a vehicle we were told we’d be helped by Mike as Josh would be in that day. 1st Scheduled Service I was running 10 min. late but service dept was very nice about it. I requested a car so we could leave and get lunch. It was no problem, and a car was ready in about 5 min. My car was finished when we got back. We needed something from the Parts store but it had just closed. Alicia was nearby, and we started chatting since I remembered her from my initial purchase in July. When I told her the store had just closed, she jumped into action. She found the Parts Mgr already in his car, but he came back in to open up the store for us! Now, that's great customer service! It's great employees like this that secure future business! The new/only way to buy a vehicle Like most people, I dreaded (past tense) the car buying "dance". HOWEVER, my experience working with Alex and only Alex (no manager, no finance guy) Like most people, I dreaded (past tense) the car buying "dance".
