Top Notch TRUSTWORTHY service I have been with LEXUS since 2003 and consistently receive great service - I particularly shout out to Greg Bush who has been instrumental in the ease I have been with LEXUS since 2003 and consistently receive great service - I particularly shout out to Greg Bush who has been instrumental in the ease of scheduling and taking care of our family... yes 16 years later he is taking care of my college student’s car, which was my first LEXUS- very accommodating and attentive to costs - sure it’s expensive to maintain these cars but 250k miles later and 2 more LEXUS cars in the family, it’s worth it More

120,000 mile service I was pleased with the service overall. One problem however: I asked for an estimate on tire replacement for the same tires that were on my car but wa I was pleased with the service overall. One problem however: I asked for an estimate on tire replacement for the same tires that were on my car but was given an estimate for a different tire altogether. I didn't recognize the name of the tire (Hankook) and asked if that was the tire on my car and was told "Yes, I'm pretty sure that's what's on your car". Didn't check until I got home and realized that I had Michelins on my car. I sent a message right away requesting an estimate for Michelin tires but never received a reply. More
