She called me back, scheduled my regular service to coincide with my windshield repair and calibration and provided me with a loaner while my car was in the shop. The repair work was satisfactory although there were grease fingerprints on my cream interior leather and my car smelled like grease/gas. Erin and the service she provides is always stellar. My interactions with others in the company have always been a bit disappointing. They need to have her teach customer service to the rest of the staff More

“Lost but Found “ I talked to Alisha before driving from Greenwood to check out a Lexus. Due to holiday weekend and carb day at Indy 500 traffic was terrible plus const I talked to Alisha before driving from Greenwood to check out a Lexus. Due to holiday weekend and carb day at Indy 500 traffic was terrible plus construction made it worse. After over 1 1/2 hours trying to find the dealership, Alisha called to see if I was still coming and when she heard me crying, being lost and ready to turn back towards home, she put Joe on the phone to guide me to the dealership. The team stood outside watching for me and greeted me happily when I arrived. From there Joe took me for my test drive and he and Brie took care of me (even though it was a Friday night, after closing) and completed my transaction of my trade towards my new Lexus!! They were pleasant and went beyond what most people would do when they should of been heading home! I’ve owned a Lexus before so I know what a wonderful vehicle it is, but this experience was the best I have ever had with a team that gave me the best customer service as if I was the 1st customer of the day. Thank you to all those who helped me with my new vehicle, you all deserve high marks!!! Thank you Joe and Brie for being so dedicated to your customers and job.
