Usually great but this time disappointed On the front end things went really great! I took my car in for the 5000 mile check up. I also had 2 scratches that had been supposedly bugged out w On the front end things went really great! I took my car in for the 5000 mile check up. I also had 2 scratches that had been supposedly bugged out when I bought my car but after a car wash they returned. I explained this to my service advisor! Later in the day while my car was still in service I received a phone call explaining that a sand blast method needed to be used to get rid of the scratches and it would cost $60.00. I was not happy with that but it was only $60.00 and I wanted my new car to look great! I was with a friend at the time that also has a Lexus. I told her about the “issue”. She informed me that she had some scratches on hers too but she purchased her’s certified used through Tom Wood. 6 months after her purchase she took her car in and they took removed the scratches on her vehicle at no cost to her. I picked up my car and explained this to the cashier and he waved the fee. I went out to pick up my car and they had not washed or vacuumed my car. They took it back then to wash it and I waited another 30 minutes. A week later I now realize one of the scratches is back. Not happy. We have 4 Lexus currently... More
