First 20,000 mile check up for maintenance ... The driver picked up my car on time and delivered it to the Lexus dealership. It was done in record time and I was not back at my house to receive ... The driver picked up my car on time and delivered it to the Lexus dealership. It was done in record time and I was not back at my house to receive my car. We worked it out that they would deliver it at my workplace the next day. They were right on time. After the driver left I discovered that there was a problem with my door locks. He came back and left the loaner and took my car back to the shop. They fixed it and re-delivered my car and I was well. I was a little disappointEd. That they were not able to buff out a couple of the small scratches on the driver door but they were able to take care of the largest scratches on the passenger side. Overall they took care of me and that’s what counts. More
