Service department is crap. If I could turn the car back in and buy a new one else where I would horrible to say the least. Called prior to to ensure the car would be washed and vacuumed a two year old c in and buy a new one else where I would horrible to say the least. I drove from East Tennessee to purchase my new Lexus from Tom Wood Lexus because they had the best price. I checked dealerships in TN from Kingsport, Knoxville, and Nashville. I even looked at a 2020 in B Tom Wood Lexus because they had the best price. I checked dealerships in TN from Kingsport, Knoxville, and Nashville. I even looked at a 2020 in Bristol which had 19,000 miles on it and the cost was as much as the 2021 which I was able to purchase by driving to Indiana with only 68 miles on it! I am thrilled with my new Lexus RX350 and recommend everyone giving a call to Tom Wood Lexus before purchasing in any other state! Thank you for making our purchase pleasant and worth the drive! More
