Well my car is back in service today for ICS Malfunction error and take car to dealership. Again, the service technician is unable to determine what the problem is. They are keeping vehicle to let the shop manager look at it tomorrow. There has to be something causing these issues. A month ago I lost all my presets for n my radio. Soooo hoping you service area can figure it out. Thx for responding. My email is Beharris4@live.com

Alex, I cannot remember if I told Cody (who by the way is really doing a great caring job!) That 2 times I used my app to start the car to warm it up. Both times my app told me it had turned on and both times when I got to the car, it had not started. So, I started the car & the app notification kept indicating it was running and would turn off in the amount times left. Once that amount of time expired, the app just turned off.
