Had an appointment on Feb 26 for tire rotation. I bought a new set of tires in November of 2021 and the package include free tire rotation. My Service Advisor was TRAVIS KELLER. After the rotation I bought a new set of tires in November of 2021 and the package include free tire rotation. My Service Advisor was TRAVIS KELLER. After the rotation was completed, I was charged $44 for the service. I did not realize that the service should be free until I got home. After I got home, I immediately called Travis and left voicemail explaining that mistake was made, and service should be free. According to his voice mail greeting the response will be in 30 minutes. Travis did not call me back on Saturday. I thought well, probably he did not get my voice message in a late Saturday afternoon. He will call me back on Monday. On Monday by noon, I realized that I did not hear back from him, so I called him again and left another voicemail. And guess what he never responded. When I was buying tires, I worked with DAKOTA ALMEIDA and had a very pleasant experience. I decided to call him and clarify. He responded to the phone call and told me that Travis approached him asking about my issue on Saturday and he confirmed that the rotation should be free. But TRAVIS decided just to ignore my calls. DAKOTA offered me a refund money to my account so I can use it for the future services as needed and the issue was resolved. Thanks so much DAKOTA for providing excellent customer service support. I am very disappointed with this experience. Respect for the customer should be number 1 priority for the LEXUS team.
