Apart from Brian Mahoney, the personal attention has vanished. When we pull in for service we have the feeling of the next number for processing. On my recent visit, I could not find the snack bowl while waiting for unknown service advisor to call my name. True, the bar was set seventeen years ago when Lexus was a true luxury brand. My two-cents; introduction of lower cost of entry models. Quantity often drives down quality. Tom Woods passing. Nothing terrible with service visit. Worked with ?Cody?. Pleasant and efficient. More

15000 mile service I asked over phone for the price for the 15000 mile service and they said $102 w/tax and when I got to the dealer they quoted me $179.09. I asked why the difference, the guy gave me some mumbo jumbo answer saying when you call in to schedule appointments it goes to another office next door and they don’t know the exact price. I think it’s a scam. I wish there was another Lexus dealer in Indianapolis area. More
