L/Certified Repair My Es 350 was bought one and a half years ago. There was a problem with the rear bumper which was not obvious until I drove the car for some time. I t My Es 350 was bought one and a half years ago. There was a problem with the rear bumper which was not obvious until I drove the car for some time. I took the car back to Tom Wood Lexus, they examined it and did reasonable fix. But the problem persisted. This month I took the car back again. This time, they took the length to change the whole bumper, lent me a new Es 350 while my car is in their shop. All these with no cost to me. The car they lent me mode it possible to carry on my routine painlessly. My sales woman Betty arranged the repair and appointed Brandon Krom as my contact person. Brandon is a super nice guy, he made my visit so easy and so pleasant. Travis and other personnel in the service department are all so friendly. It has been an excellent buying and service experience to me. I have recommended Tom Wood Lexus to many of my friends, especially the L/ Certified program (I haven't bought new car from them yet). They keep their promise for the program. I would recommend this dealer to others whom read my review. More

Confused Took care in for service around 33k.miles. The service attendant called and said my rotors were going out and oh by the way that is not covered so it Took care in for service around 33k.miles. The service attendant called and said my rotors were going out and oh by the way that is not covered so it will cost you $400-$500 (don’t remember exact amount). I mentioned to my husband who was flabbergasted. He called the service guy back and challenged him that a car with 33k mikes could have bad rotors. Long story short, he “researched” and found that it was covered. Clearly if there are bad rotors at 33k mikes, my future looks bleak in this vehicle. I don’t remember his name. More

Bad thing is that I live in the south and that mean I need to drive 45 minuets to get back to Tom lixus. After I came to them they fixed the problem and I have told that this is the mantunance fault because they missed something. Any way, that is scarred me too much and I expect from Tom Wood Lexus apology in such as free change oil in the next visiting. Thanks Alarifi More
