Disappointed in customer service I arrived at 4:25 to drop off my car for an oil change and a new set of tires. I was greeted in the garage and told a service consultant would be with I arrived at 4:25 to drop off my car for an oil change and a new set of tires. I was greeted in the garage and told a service consultant would be with me shortly. After several minutes standing in the garage, I was asked to wait in the lounge. After 25 minutes in the lounge, I stopped an employee and asked for help. He asked my name and left. He returned 5 minutes later asked for the spelling of my name. Several minutes later he walked me down to Travis Keller. I left at 5:30. The next afternoon I inquired via text and voice message on the status of my car, and wanting to know if an alignment would be necessary. Travis did not respond. The operator recognizing my voice on my third call asked if she could help me and she was able to tell me my car was on hold, but not what that meant. Shortly after I received a text message from Shanan Willis that my tires had not arrived. Wednesday afternoon I received a text from Shanan that an alignment was recommended, which I completely forgot about, and agreed. Shortly after I received a text that my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived Wednesday afternoon I stood again in the garage for over 10 minutes waiting for some kind of acknowledgement. I was taken to a service consultant whose name I did not get. After paying my bill I asked for a copy of the maintenance check by the mechanic. Apparently, it was not done or not updated since it still recommended tires and other maintenance items I had done during my last visit. I am very disappointed in this level of service and if I had not recently purchased a new RX would consider doing business elsewhere. More

Excellent first experience buying a car. I went to the dealer with no expectation of getting a car. Sean came on his off day to help my mom and I. The staff is knowledgeable in every aspect, from service/parts to finance and sales. I was helped by Dave in the Service department on replacing my keys. And he was quite helpful. I returned to pick my 1998 Lexus GS300 and finally succumbed to updating my car in aspect of the year difference. Because my 1998 (GS300) still has about 7 more lives. Sean Stuart was able to put me into a one newer vehicle with only a minimal amount down to finance. I was completely wowed at the ability to make a deal and seal the deal. Amazing! well organized dealership from top to bottom Shanan is very accommodative and appreciative of my time constraints whenever I have one of my two NX 200 Suv's serviced.
