Excellent service experience! Pulled into Tom Wood LEXUS for my 7:30 appointment and they were waiting for me with a smile. The had an new loaner Waiting. Brakes and Alignment Had vehicle in for new front brake pads. While in, also asked that alignment be checked, as I just bought new tires.
