Finally threaten to come down there before I finally got someone to handle my problem. This is a rinky-dink operation. Ended up going to rick chase in Roswell. They are top notch AAA, first class. Shop elsewhere please.. READ below, We stopped by today to just VIEW new Hyundai SanteFe models. We were told to have a seat. We were then asked 20 questions followed by requests for ou We stopped by today to just VIEW new Hyundai SanteFe models. We were told to have a seat. We were then asked 20 questions followed by requests for our licenses. That was a NO since we just wanted to LOOK. We reminded the salesperson that we just would like to look at one of the new models. The salesperson made multiple trips to the managers desk. When the “manager” found out I was there with my partner we were given the cold shoulder. The salesperson showed us a vehicle on the sales floor which was not the newest model. Were were told that was what we needed to look at. I inquired about 2029 models as I wanted to see the new model not an older one. We were told they had no 2020 models. DESPITE what their on line inventory showing they had more than a few of the 2020 models. We then visited a nearby dealer who had only 2020 models and only ONE 2019 model. As soon as we got in our car at the Cartersville Hyundai dealer we realized we were practically “shown the door” because of their beliefs. We were legitimate customers and we were questioned several times as to where we were from. We do live locally and they were told that. We were DEFINITELY DISCRIMINATED against. This is 2019 and assumptions were made by personnel at this dealership that they could not verify. They just made assumptions and they have lost legitimate customers. I have nothing against peoples “beliefs” BUT I don’t like being refused service!!! We will tell our friends and relatives TO AVOiD this dealership. So they have lost more than one customer. This was a very upsetting experience PLUS the “manager” NEVER got off his xxx. I plan to contact Hyundai corporate and make a formal complaint about this dealership. STAY AWAY! More
A Great Experience Personally I had a great experience. We called about a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate. After making sure it was still available, my wife and I Personally I had a great experience. We called about a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate. After making sure it was still available, my wife and I drove to Cartersville to test drive the vehicle. We dealt with Larry and Andre, and Andre was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, which is no small feat because the Limited Ultimate version has a lot of bells and whistles. The vehicle was Certified Pre-Owned, and very clean...including the engine. 173 point inspection, 21,000+ miles and 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Very nice car. I appreciate the personalized service from both of these gentleman. I think the only regret that I have is that I didn't get pre-approved for a larger amount so I could have purchased the 2019 Hyundai Kona Iron Man Edition that they had on the showroom floor as well. My wife and kids loved that car. Oh well...maybe next time. More

Being a single mom of 2, and my car at another dealership for almost 40 days, Mike took the time to call me, explain what my options were and helped me make a decision and it helped get my car taken care of! Claudia heard of trouble I was having and knew mike was who could help me. I am so thankful and in the future, if I need any service work, Mike Sanders will be the only person I would trust to take care of me. Thanks again Mike and Claudia! More
Lack of Human Decency First off, I never write negative reviews. I have a normal policy that 99% of my bad interactions I let go because life is too short but this is one First off, I never write negative reviews. I have a normal policy that 99% of my bad interactions I let go because life is too short but this is one that I believe is an exception to that rule. I purchased a special order part from this dealership last week and found out I had ordered the wrong part. Their policy, as their rude service manager Mike Saunders states, they do not accept returns on special orders. After telling him Hyundai of Cumming (great dealership by the way for parts and service) stated they should be able to return the part and by not allowing the return is 100% Terry Reid's lack of willingness to help. I even offered an option to accept by returned part at a significant discount, meaning they accept the part for only what they paid the manufacturer and credit me the difference between that wholesale cost and what I paid. Mike Saunder's response was "then I wouldn't make any profit. I'm in business to make a profit." He completely negated the part where he will have paid nothing AND have the part to potentially sell for a huge profit. Literally the only person that works here that at least sounds sympathetic to a customer's issue is the receptionist. Unfortunately, she has no authority to override people like Mr. Saunders that can't relate to being human and helping someone out even when it doesn't cost your dealership A DIME TO DO SO! P.S. Mr. Saunders also repeatedly told me I am not a customer of his. That's ironic seeing I walked into their dealership and paid money for a good (part). Mr. Saunders: I believe you need some additional business law training as that is the VERY definition of a customer. PLEASE I beg anyone reading this to drive down to Rick Case Hyundai or Hyundai of Cumming because the management team (I'm referring to the parts manager, Mike Saunders and Claudia) running this place IS BEYOND HORRIFIC. They will only uphold what's in their best interest and not apply the most basic amount of human decency to helping a customer even if the dealership doesn't lose a dime. As Mike Saunders stated before, he is in the business of making a profit, no matter the expense to you. More

I got a standard form email from "leads" that didn't answer any of the questions I sent and had aggressive follow-up's asking to confirm my appointment etc. Overall the first impression was a terrible one and I didn't engage any further.
