This was not a typical service put involved geeting parts ordered for a mishap with a pothole that did significant damage to my G90. They expedited my parts and delivered my car back to my home with no hassles. I willl be buying another G90 in the next few months and it will be from Terry Reid. Just to add, I was formerly in the retail auto business for over 20 years and must tell you Mckensie is the best service writer I have ever dealt with. I hope the owner of the company see's this review !! More

New Car Purchase - Experience The car buying experience has always been a painful process. It seems to take hours upon hours of your day to close a deal. Mostly because no-one lis The car buying experience has always been a painful process. It seems to take hours upon hours of your day to close a deal. Mostly because no-one listens. This experience was dramatically different. Abigail listened intently to my answers to her well scripted questions. She was extremely knowledgeable about her product(s), as well as the purpose of each bell and whistle. The length of time was still longer than desired but that is just the nature of the beast. When i found out that Abigail was 18 i was even more impressed. She is and hopefully continues to be a very valuable asset to your organization. The one item out of her control is the cleanliness of the new car. Supposedly, it was detailed but it was clearly very dirty both inside and outside of the vehicle. We did make mention to Abigail, but did have to leave due to a prior commitment. The inside & outside was atrocious and we drove through the car wash, but still pretty ugly. The windows were so dirty/streaky that when sun shined on them it was difficult to see. More
