The manager does not care about its customers a minute ago I could give a zero star if that was possible. I have always brought my Sonata to this dealership until I bought a new car from the a minute ago I could give a zero star if that was possible. I have always brought my Sonata to this dealership until I bought a new car from them. When my husband and I bought this brand new Plug- In IONIC car in May 2018, the manager said to us that our first oil change will be free because the car is new etc. Now that my car reached 5000 miles, I brought the car in for the oil change. I am very disapointed that the manager does not only keep his words but the way he spoke to the service guy who went to him to double check whether he promised a FREE OIL CHANGE or not, is horrible. Man, if you don't remember promising anything to anyone, there is a nicer way to deal with that. I actually feel sorry for the service guy because he was very nice. Fine, you do not remember promising a free oil change and I could have stayed and paid for the freaking oil change but I would not give a penny to a place that does not value its customers! I'd rather even pay more elsewhere to get my oil change done! I will never recommend this place. EVER! More
Steer clear of these crooks!!! Bought a “Bulletproofed” 6.0 diesel truck from these guys. They falsely advertised it as having records of the work done. Drove 4 hours from middle TN to find out the receipt had no vin# or anything else specific to link it to the truck. In other words, a useless piece of paper. Salesman Bobby Joe assured me repeatedly he knew the owner of the shop, and the former owner of the truck. He was sure the work was done there and agreed to get me the proper receipts. Have called repeatedly and continue to hear excuses and lies. He has no interest in doing his job well, or any honor as a human being. He has not called me once during this process, despite promises to do so. Truck was a gallon low on coolant when I got it home! A gallon!!!! These dealerships do vehicle inspections on trade ins. Had to notice a major coolant leak, but did nothing about it and sent me on a four hour drive home late at night with a vehicle that could’ve left me stranded at any moment. Now have a truck that leaks coolant, is currently undrivable, and a dealership that doesn’t care about the hardships their dishonesty causes people. I will be looking into any and all legal recourse against this dealership for false advertising. More

Showed up 5 minutes early and was told it would be at least 2 hours to change the oil - just change the oil! I asked, "even with an appointment?", and was told that was correct. I backed out and left. RIdiculous! More
Buyer Beware-do not trust this company BEWARE!!! Eric Stallworth was an excellent salesperson, however the finance department and manager are very deceitful. When I asked about the details BEWARE!!! When I asked about the details of the $2500 rebate, the finance person informed me I ‘had to wait 91 days before I paid the car off in full, otherwise the rebate would become invalid’. I waited 91 days and called Hyundai Finance to pay off the car. When I asked to make sure I was past the 91 day window, I was told there was no such thing. Hyundai Finance informed me that I could have paid off the car at any time without penalty. When asked, they informed me that I had paid $554 in interest over those three payments. After numerous calls and research, I have learned that the dealership would have had to repay all or some of the rebate in the event I paid off the car prior to the third payment. When I discussed this with the manager of Terry Reid, he resided, ‘Well, you earned interest on the money while you waited to pay off the car’ and he said ‘nowhere in the paperwork did they tell me I couldn’t pay off the balance early’. He spoke proudly that they had convinced me to not pay off the car early and had gotten away with it. When discussing this with the finance department at Terry Reid, the finance person admitted that they ‘did not lie to me, but it is all in the way they presented the information’. He spoke as if he was proud of the way they deceive customers with the way they word the presentation. I have attempted to speak with the manager more since, but he has failed to return phone calls. I would also welcome a call from the owner. If I displayed a Fellowship of Christian Athletes logo in my lobby and kept a Bible on the customer service counter, I would want to honor the reputation I profess as a company. So far, I have so little evidence of the values they claim to possess and support. More
