After searching for a new Outback, I was drawn to Subaru of Puyallu Subaru of Puyallup makes the car buying experience a much less daunting adventure. After searching for a new Outback, I was drawn to Subaru of Puyallup for the competitive pricing, but more specifically, the customer service. Andrew Wheeler was our salesman. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. There was not a text or email that did not get a quick response, even on his days off. He searched and secured the exact Outback model I wanted and had it on the lot for me. I am not the easiest customer to deal with, often indecisive and impatient. Andrew took all of that in stride and made the car purchase a breeze. My husband will need a car this month (VW buyback), and we will definitely be going back to Subaru of Puyallup and Andrew Wheeler for our new purchase. Oh, and the cherry on top, the waiting room is marvelous and you can even get a massage. More

Amazing Customer Service!!!! My wife is super happy with her new Crosstrek. Let's just say she is not the easiest person to deal with, she changed her mind probably at least 10 t My wife is super happy with her new Crosstrek. Let's just say she is not the easiest person to deal with, she changed her mind probably at least 10 times and Carl Watts was patient and found her a car she loves. As we were getting ready to leave with the car I noticed a few rock chips. Carl took some pictures and said he would have someone call us to fix it. A few days later (when it wasn't raining) I noticed there was more damage. If I wasn't in the industry I probably wouldn't have noticed the minor flaws. Not gonna lie, I figured I was SOL on this deal. I called Carl and he told me he would take care of everything. So, by 7pm that night my wife had another brand new car! Seriously, they wanted to make sure we were happy and not worrying about repairs on a new car, so they gave her the exact same make, model, year, color, everything was exactly the same. We will continue to let everyone know Carl Watts at Subaru of Puyallup is the guy to see if you want a truly stress-free car buying experience! More
