She new the best roads to take for each feature (down hill, freeway, parking, etc.) She even made an appointment with me for a week later so I could come in if I had any questions. He sold us the pervious Forest and we requested him again because he listens to us and knows exactly what we would like. He came in early before his working time because we asked for him. Brian explained everything about the new car, even installed the cell phone and help me enter radio stations that I like. We have bought 4 Subaru's from Subaru of Puyallup, 2 outback's and 2 Forester's. We live in Auburn but choose to go to Puyallup because of the excellent service.. The men in the service department are professional and explain about our car in a way we can understand when we bring the car in for service. We love our new car. We are so pleased with the new features. Thank You More

Great Experience I would give 6 stars if I could. Found a truck I was interested in online. Talked to Judy and Dima on the phone and front that point forward it was I would give 6 stars if I could. They had computer issues the day I was there and they decided to send me home with the truck rather than have me wait or come back, knowing I came from an hour up north. The next day, Dima drove an hour north to meet me and sign the papers. Great guy, and the service was the best. Best Buying Experience EVER! From start to finish, our experience with Puyallup Subaru was amazing. She listened carefully to all of our needs and quickly went to work to find the impossible car according to 12 different dealers around the area. We wanted a 2017 metallic grey Subaru Crosstrek. These are hard to find. She had one on the lot for us in less than 48 hours from our commitment to buy. Wow! On top of that, Ryan Forstrom was able to answer all of our questions regarding the technology in the car. He even brought his own cord to hook our phone into the system and try it out. First class service. Carl Watts was our salesman who did an excellent job walking us through absolutely everything about the car so that we didn't have to guess how things work on our own. Our final compliment goes to Wade Finley who helped us through what most would find the stressful part of buying a car...financing. It was actually totally stress free and he really connected with us on a personal level. From beginning to end, Puyallup Subaru made the car buying experience fun and we absolutely love our new car!!! You should go check out their newly remodeled facilities.
