He's not pushy at all, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, honest, pleasant. I was quite surprised at some of his answers when we'd compare the car there with another we were considering. His honesty was arresting... I had a terrible experience at another dealership a year ago... so deceived and cheated and lied to... It's not that way at all at this dealership. When we were signing papers to purchase the vehicle, the loan agent, Kim, asked if we'd been promised anything. If we had, we were to write it down on the document (I so wish that had been asked a year ago at the other dealership!). I love this company! When we need another vehicle, I am going back to Subaru of Puyallup. I highly recommend them. More

Like many others we was dreading the whole car buying experience. That feeling that you were going to get screwed but not knowing which direction it would come from. Then I found Subaru of Puyallup. Being a creature of the internet I did way too much research, both about Subaru and dealerships. While there were other dealerships closer to where we live, none of them came close to what we found at Subaru of Puyallup. Initially I corresponded with Brittany exploring various cars and prices. She responded promptly to my every question and help me narrow down my search. The prices quoted were also well below any other dealership. We agreed upon a car, price and a time to meet. This was all done prior to even going to the dealership. When my wife and I arrived at Subaru of Puyallup we were met by Brittany and introduced to Kirk who would be our sales person. Between the time that we had corresponded with Brittany and going to the dealership we had decided to look at two other color and option packages. Kirk made sure that we were able to explore every option prior to deciding. When we finally decided on a vehicle, they did not have one like that on their lot, but they did find one in the area and arranged to get it that very day. We had now agreed upon a car and price, No Pressure, No Stress. Now on to see the finance person, this seems to be where the pressure begins and the dealership makes it's profit. Not so at Subaru of Puyallup. We met with Matt and arranged financing and he answered all our questions about service contracts, etc without any pressure. Quick, Easy, No Pressure, No Stress. We went to lunch while they picked up the car and prepped it for us. When we returned from lunch it was ready and Kirk spent time familiarizing us with it and the manuals. We left feeling like we had purchased the right car for us at a great price. I do and will highly recommend Subaru of Puyallup for anyones car buying needs. I called up Subaru of Puyallup about a car and they were able to work with me and come down to my price range. We struck a deal on the phone and I drove down the next day. They didn’t try to sell me anything extra or change the price. The buying process was easy and Ryan Gifford was very friendly and easy to work with. The car was what I was expecting and was a good deal and I was very happy there was nothing hidden when I got there after driving 2.5 hours from Bellingham to Puyallup. I would definitely buy a car from them again. More

Not only did he manage to snag the specific car that I wanted from another dealership in Spokane and bring it across the state for me so I could have exactly what I wanted--but he matched the price I was offered from another dealership AND delivered the car weeks before the other dealership could. I financed the car, and both Dave and Kym worked to get me a decent interest rate, despite having a bit of a rough credit history. Excellent--above and beyond--customer service. Highly recommended! On the recommendation of a friend I contacted Puyallup of Subaru and then s I did a lot of research before I ventured out and actually walked the lot. On the recommendation of a friend I contacted Puyallup of Subaru and then sat down with Dave Warmack who already been informed of my interests from my initial query. Dave took me on a great test drive which included some winding rides, railroads tracks, and some nice scenery. During the drive Dave casually pointed out the many features of the car (many of which I already knew) and demonstrated them as well when appropriate. The Forester sold itself. Dave facilitated the sale and during that process pointed out all the options available to me and always allowing me to come to my own conclusions with no pressure. I went through all the paper work and had a new automobile within a couple of hours. Dave was very friendly and professional in assuring that all the the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed. Teaming up with Mark Clark (Sales Manager) and Kimberly Ruff (Finance Manger) this experience was smooth sailing for this old salt. More

My salesperson, Helmut Immig, in particular, was patient and attentive, listening to my needs and answering my questions (as I discovered some needs I hadn't previously thought of while looking at cars on a very busy day for the dealership). Helmut attended to me throughout the purchasing process, even bringing me lunch while I waited for the financing and meeting me at the body shop the following business day, his day off, with the car ready to go so that I could tie up loose ends and get to work on time. We were pre-approved through a financing source at a good rate and payment, but Subaru found something even better. There was never any pressure to look at something else. There was not any up sale and the entire experience was very smooth. The dealership building is great, very relaxing with a nice fireplace, massage room and place for kids to play.
