This is why I'm a repeat customer I have bought three cars from Dima in the last twelve months. I have friends who enjoy shopping for cars; I do not. I can't imagine a worse way to spe I have bought three cars from Dima in the last twelve months. I have friends who enjoy shopping for cars; I do not. I can't imagine a worse way to spend an evening than car shopping, and that's why I keep coming back to Dima. Dima doesn't give me a run-around. He doesn't say, "let me talk to my manager." This time I was replacing an older Subaru that had been totaled in a snowstorm. My car stopped, the one behind me, not so much... Anyway, we found ourselves needing to buy another car. We texted Dima the specs and he texted us back a link to a car. It looked good, so we went in the next day for a test drive. Less than two hours from the time I arrived at the dealership, we drove away with a new-to-us car. Here's the thing about buying a car from Dima: it's fast. He's had me out the door in 90 minutes with a new-to-me car. Of course he can't do it alone: Kym in the back office deserves a lot of credit for expediting our paperwork and streamlining the process. But here's a twist: they're extremely fast and extremely efficient, but they still act with courtesy and good humor. It's not one of those scenarios where the cheerful people are incompetent, or where the efficient people are cold and impersonal. Kym and Dima both went out of their way to streamline the process, all the while laughing and joking with us. I hope I don't have to buy another car this year: three in twelve months is plenty of car shopping! But the next time I have to buy a car, I expect I'll do exactly what I did this time and send Dima a text. More

Best car buying experience EVER!!! My husband and I have purchased several vehicles over the years, 4 of the last 5 have been at Subaru of Puyallup. The dealership goes above and beyond in every area. I can’t attest to each salesperson but my observation is that they are all top notch and customer service is their priority. The past 3 out of 4 car purchases we have had Dennis Ecklund as our salesman. Not because he chased us down in the parking lot (they DO NOT do that at this dealership) but because we requested him. Dennis is a kind, knowledgeable salesman that truly makes car buying an enjoyable experience. The only reason he wasn’t our salesman on one purchase is because he was out of the office. Our experience was still awesome as that’s just how this dealership rolls, from top management to the friendly greeter that checks your car in. Thanks Subaru of Puyallup and Dennis Ecklund!!! More

I sent a web inquiry to ten western Washington dealers, and nine out of ten responses were "hey its so-and-so from the dealership. Gimme a call". Subaru of Puyallup, on the other hand, sent a detailed email with all the vehicle information, a personalized (!!) video showing the interior and exterior of the car, and openly stated their realistic starting price-- not wasting my time by shooting me the MSRP minus 1%. Every staffer with whom I communicated was patient, helpful, and professional, from the awesome Internet Sales Team (shout out to Le'Shung and Aimee) to Mark Clark and Dave Warmack who assisted me through the refreshingly non-combative negotiation and sale. When I went to pick up the car, the service was just as friendly and efficient in-person. No pressure, no trying to talk me into needless upgrades, just customer-first service that earned my recommendation and loyalty. They even gave me a sandwich and water bottle for the very short time I spent waiting. The deal had already been agreed on over the phone, so Dave had no reason to continue to "sell" the car to me, but he still took the time to explain every feature, walk me through the manual, and do everything you would WANT a salesman to do without any of the stuff that makes "salesman" a dirty word. He didn't make a single extra penny by taking the time to do this, but it made all the difference in the world to me. IN SHORT: Phenomenal service, phenomenal people. Like most people, I dread the process of buying a car, but this was one of the most pleasant customer experiences I've had in my life. 5 stars, A+, etc. etc. Can't wait until my Subie breaks down in 500 years so I can do it all over again! More
