On the recommendation of a friend I contacted Puyallup of Subaru and then sat down with Dave Warmack who already been informed of my interests from my initial query. Dave took me on a great test drive which included some winding rides, railroads tracks, and some nice scenery. During the drive Dave casually pointed out the many features of the car (many of which I already knew) and demonstrated them as well when appropriate. The Forester sold itself. Dave facilitated the sale and during that process pointed out all the options available to me and always allowing me to come to my own conclusions with no pressure. I went through all the paper work and had a new automobile within a couple of hours. Dave was very friendly and professional in assuring that all the the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed. Teaming up with Mark Clark (Sales Manager) and Kimberly Ruff (Finance Manger) this experience was smooth sailing for this old salt. More

We were pre-approved through a financing source at a good rate and payment, but Subaru found something even better. There was never any pressure to look at something else. There was not any up sale and the entire experience was very smooth. The dealership building is great, very relaxing with a nice fireplace, massage room and place for kids to play. Though we didn't get an Subaru, the vehicle we walked out with is one we both love. Thanks Carl and Kimberly. More

My salesperson, Helmut Immig, in particular, was patient and attentive, listening to my needs and answering my questions (as I discovered some needs I hadn't previously thought of while looking at cars on a very busy day for the dealership). Helmut attended to me throughout the purchasing process, even bringing me lunch while I waited for the financing and meeting me at the body shop the following business day, his day off, with the car ready to go so that I could tie up loose ends and get to work on time. Highly recommended! More
