I was never pushed to do anything I didn’t feel comfortable doing. Susan gave me so much information on the finance end, Susan answered all of my questions and explain options to me in great detail. When I left I felt like I had made a new best friend! Subaru Gwinnett doesn’t ever give that sneaky car dealership feel. I brought the vehicle in for an oil leak and was going to stay at the dealership for the appt. However, when it was discovered the repair was going to go into the next day, I was offered a loaner and sent h stay at the dealership for the appt.
