In response to review written by dealer on "May 27, 2026 - Subaru of Gwinnett responded" When I left my check, I specifically mentioned car won't be bought same day and will be purchase on 5/23. If the - Subaru of Gwinnett responded" When I left my check, I specifically mentioned car won't be bought same day and will be purchase on 5/23. If there is no hold policy why the payment check was taken on 5/21 when the car was in the garage. Sales rep should have said we do not have policy to hold the FULL PAYMENT CHECK. If the intention was only to sell Acura, why allow to test drive another vehicle. Dealership had enough time to fix the vehicle and once fixed SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE INSPECTED the repair which certainly did not happen by 5/23 when we arrived to purchase the vehicle. The issue was pointed out before the we drive the vehicle. So calling my review dishonest and border line slander is pathetic. What is slander is the way you (Rich Little) approached to us to speak with a threatening attitude. On top of that mentioning there was as Bill of Sale calling signed is at least dishonest if not fraud. Also fraud committed by the dealership is processing of the unreturned check with no proof of sale. This act is fraudulent to say the least. Bottom line, 0n 5/23 there was no document that was signed whatso ever. Only document that was signed was on 5/21 which was "Proposal Prepared For". This was conveyed to Rick Cobb on 5/23 after he reached back to us for possible workout and his reply was he was passing me the message. More

I Bhavesh Patel writing to formally bring to your attention a deeply disturbing experience my sister and I had at your dealership on Saturday, May 23. I want to ensure you are aware of the unethical attention a deeply disturbing experience my sister and I had at your dealership on Saturday, May 23. I want to ensure you are aware of the unethical and unprofessional conduct displayed by your Director of Sales, Rick Little. On May 16, my sister, Darshali Patel, and I visited the dealership to view a 2018 Acura RDX. Though the car had visible damage, sales associate Rick Cobb assured us it would be fixed. On May 21, I dropped off a check for $27,783.55 to hold the vehicle until Saturday which Rick Cobb agreed to, as my sister is a Registered Nurse and could not visit during the week. When we arrived on Saturday, we found the Acura had not been repaired properly, with a significant gap between the headlight and the bumper. We also test drove a 2025 Certified Subaru Outback and expressed our desire to purchase the Subaru instead, as it is a higher-valued vehicle and mentioned to us that he will have to get agreement from the sales director to sell us a subaru. When Rick Little intervened, he approached us with a threatening attitude. He pointed his finger at us and shouted that because of us, he had "lost four clients" for the Acura. He stated he would not sell us any other vehicle, and threatened that if we didn't buy the Acura, he would "purposefully bounce the check and prosecute us in court. I found this behavior appalling. The aggression and lack of respect we experienced felt discriminatory and reminiscent of racist experiences I have encountered in the past. It is entirely unacceptable for a Director of Sales to treat prospective buyers with such hostility. Furthermore, we left the dealership without our check being returned to us, despite never signing a contractual agreement to purchase the Acura. I did mention this incident to Lance Willhite immediately after leaving, but I wanted to reach out to you directly to ensure this behavior is documented. I have no intention of purchasing a vehicle from your dealership in the future, nor will I recommend your business to others. I am attaching photos of the unrepaired damage on the Acura for your records and expect the dealership to do the right thing. More

Sold me a car with a known evaporator issue without disclosing it. Needed a $1600 repair 5 days after purchase. Called multiple times to speak to someone. Never got a call back. Spoke to Lawrence my sa disclosing it. Needed a $1600 repair 5 days after purchase. Called multiple times to speak to someone. Never got a call back. Spoke to Lawrence my salesman to try and resolve the issue and still never received a call back. Finally got to speak to a manager about the issue, and manager basically said “you didn’t get a warranty so not our problem”. Hung up on me after I asked if that’s how they do business, here’s your car now screw you. They’ll sell you a car but once they get your money, they’ll toss you on the street. More
