We were uncertain which model would be perfect for us, but Caleb Wiedeman showed us around and let us test drive multiple vehicles. He was patient, friendly, and made the experience informative but comfortable! During negotiation and when we came back in to purchase our new Foresters, Lawrence Le helped us through that entire process. He was amazing!! Friendly, efficient, and helpful through every step. Once we got everything settled on his end, we were visited by Caroline with the Subaru Love Encore team. She made us feel welcomed and gave us great resources for any issues/questions we have going forward! Lastly, I worked with Tim for financing. He was informative and personable, we had a great time working with him as well. Overall it was a great experience and I would certainly recommend friends and family to look into Subaru of Gwinnett when they are on the search for a new vehicle. More

I purchased a 2020 Volvo S60 from Subaru of Gwinnett on August 28th, 2026. On September 2nd—less than five days after taking delivery—the power steering locked up and battery warnings appeared on the scree August 28th, 2026. On September 2nd—less than five days after taking delivery—the power steering locked up and battery warnings appeared on the screen. Another service center diagnosed nearly $5,000 in required repairs, including a shredded alternator pulley, a failed alternator, a damaged AC hose, an upper engine torque mount replacement, and dead primary and support batteries, and electrical malfunction. Even though the car was sold "As-Is," a major mechanical failure like this happening immediately after purchase points to a failure in Subaru of Gwinnett’s pre-sale inspection. Management has refused to assist with the repair costs or take accountability for selling a defective vehicle. Be very cautious about purchasing a used vehicle here, as their inspections clearly miss major, immediate mechanical problems. More

Terrible experience. Less than 5 days after vehicle purchase my car, my car stalled out. After mechanic assessment, the my car requires over 5k in repairs (alternator, ac, 2 batteries, and upper engine torque). I spent nearly 20,000 on a vehicle that I was told was safe. When I returned to the dealership, staff told me I could pay out of my own pocket to have it towed to them, but there was no guarantee that they would fix all issues. Yes, I bought an "as is" vehicle but I think it is unethical to sell an unsafe car to someone and not disclose obvious failures. Shame on these guys! I will tell all my friends/family to avoid this place! More
