Trip (1) 3hrs. I brought the car in for a passenger window not working. They ordered a window motor. Trip (2) 3hrs. The window motor was NOT the problem. They order I brought the car in for a passenger window not working. They ordered a window motor. Trip (2) 3hrs. The window motor was NOT the problem. They ordered a window regulator. Trip (3) 2hrs. They got the window fixed. They did not clean the window after they finished. It looks like dogs slobbered all over the window. They didn't call to let me know the parts were in, thus delaying the repair. I had to call to see if the parts were in. Took about 1-1/2 months to get repaired. I had to miss (2) days of work over this window repair. I feel that I should get some (MULTIPLE) free oil changes for this inconvenience. More
