We have a maintenance package on our car same state different area. My wife went to pick up after service and was charged around 200.00. She was very unhappy. Next time when we have it serviced I need to bring in documentation from the other dealership where we bought it. More

This was my first time for scheduled maintenance and it was expensive. I didn’t know to ask for state inspection so it was not done — so I came back a few days later and they fit me in for the inspection a was expensive. So in the end great customer service! More
