This was my first time for scheduled maintenance and it was expensive. I didn’t know to ask for state inspection so it was not done — so I came back a few days later and they fit me in for the inspection a was expensive. I didn’t know to ask for state inspection so it was not done — so I came back a few days later and they fit me in for the inspection and did not charge me since I had to come back, which was very nice. So in the end great customer service! More
