This was my first time for scheduled maintenance and it was expensive. I didn’t know to ask for state inspection so it was not done — so I came back a few days later and they fit me in for the inspection a was expensive. It was hard to get through via phone to check the status of the part that was ordered, but once it came in, I was able to get an appointment for the next day. I took the shuttle to work and my car was ready of the part that was ordered, but once it came in, I was able to get an appointment for the next day.
