I had a good experience at Southern CDJR. They replaced both batteries and did an oil change. I was there about two hours. The waiting room is smaller than other dealerships but it was fine. Maybe I caught them at a bad time but was sent from one dealer, to another dealer down the road. Service time wasn’t too bad but they could use some improvements on the customer waiting area. Would also have been nice to have been told the cost (at least an estimate) of the service I requested before beginning the service. This is done at other service centers.
