It was a simple express oil change. I was the first car in line when the dealer opened. I was checked in at 8:03am. Checked out at 10:28am. Oil smeared on my front fender. No new sticker installed. My second less than stellar experience in a row. Hopefully, just bad timing. My way of extending grace. More

Appointment scheduler made 1st appointment at wrong dealership. 2nd Appointment was told inspection and tire rotation would take several hrs, after being told I could wait for my truck. Also had appoin dealership. 2nd Appointment was told inspection and tire rotation would take several hrs, after being told I could wait for my truck. Also had appointment for recall, no parts for recall. 3rd appointment I got inspection and tire rotation but no recall fix. I like the people at service department just need to work on the details. Communication is horrible. Service lady attached to my account ordered a part, was received next day, no call. Only after I call for a scheduled maintenance appointment AND men Service lady attached to my account ordered a part, was received next day, no call. Only after I call for a scheduled maintenance appointment AND mention the part, that another new service lady states "Oh yeah, we have the part" and when i ask why I wasn't notified.... i only get the excuse of "well that girl no longer works here " which still didnt answer my question. If someone else is in charge of monitoring my account, and a ready part is sitting on a shelf for three months, and im still not notified? And worse... the part came in unpainted. So i had to take more time off work to come in on another day after I had already come in once for maintenance to get the part put on. All this could've been avoided. Part could have been painted in that three months it stayed on the shelf... also. Same scheduled maintenance day, my tire rotation/balance was done and I left the dealership with a wobbly steering wheel. The excuse when I came back in for the part install, was that an "express tech did the rotation, not the garage tech".... all i ever got was excuses. More

The charge of $833. 00 is rediculously priced for Fuel Filters. I bought 2 OEM fuel filters for much less the quote and changed them myself.
