The service was great as it always has been but the new policy regarding free oil changes was terribly implemented and perhaps breaking contract. I'd have to dig mine out but I was guaranteed free oil changes for life at (I'm pretty sure) any Southern dealer. Apparently this is no longer the case. I brought it up to the GM but after letting him know I get my maintenance done somewhere else I was told he didn't need my business at his particular dealership since I'd bought my truck at a different location. No big deal, I'm happy to bring my business elsewhere. More
