We called to skedule an appointment to get my jeep fixed,had it towed. Said they would look at it the same day or the next.The next day someone different called and said I have your keys what is wrong fixed,had it towed. Said they would look at it the same day or the next.The next day someone different called and said I have your keys what is wrong with it.explained the problem also said the first person we talked to didn't work there which was a lie. 3rd person said 3 to 5 days. Waited 5 bays around 2:00 pm we called to see what was going on with our jeep said he found a blown fuse. Still needed to test drive and change the oil.The next day around 3:00 pm called to check on jeep said ready to pick up. Said our service writer was out sick and we were charged for the repair and oil change. We were not told the oil change was no longer free. More
