I have an ongoing dispute with a service charge on my Dodge 1500 from 6/11. I am not going into the particulars again as I have called three times and emailed twice before I got a response from Joe Cuell Dodge 1500 from 6/11. I am not going into the particulars again as I have called three times and emailed twice before I got a response from Joe Cuellar on 6/19. He promised to look into it and I have not heard back from him since then despite another call from me on 6/30. I will be emailing him again today in hopes that he will read it and respond early next week or I will be taking my dispute to someone who cares. Also please do not call me with new car offers, which happened when I first reported this to this site. Thank you and have a great Fourth weekend. More

Forgot to do my tire rotation, promised a card for free alignment but never received it. The service was great as it always has been but the new policy regarding free oil changes was terribly implemented and perhaps breaking contract. I'd have to dig mine out but I was guaranteed free oil changes for life at (I'm pretty sure) any Southern dealer. Apparently this is no longer the case. I brought it up to the GM but after letting him know I get my maintenance done somewhere else I was told he didn't need my business at his particular dealership since I'd bought my truck at a different location. No big deal, I'm happy to bring my business elsewhere. More

Cost twice as much as estimate. no response from Cuellar. Tried 4 times. Not professional. Just want explanation about invoice. Two emails and two voicemails... no response.
