When I bought the car I was told I had to pay for LoJack because it was installed on the vehicle even though I didn't want it. It drained the battery which then caused the comfort screen to short out. Had because it was installed on the vehicle even though I didn't want it. Southern wouldn’t make it right, so I took it to Hall and they did it under goodwill. I had to come back to this section after seeing the rating for pickup and delivery of vehicle. This was a big selling point when I bought the car, only to be told by service that you do not provide delivery and pickup. i bought the car from Southern because of the promise of easy scheduling and being able to have the car picked up and dropped off, along with the free oil change and tire rotation. Hall has treated me much better. More

I have an ongoing dispute with a service charge on my Dodge 1500 from 6/11. I am not going into the particulars again as I have called three times and emailed twice before I got a response from Joe Cuell Dodge 1500 from 6/11. He promised to look into it and I have not heard back from him since then despite another call from me on 6/30. I will be emailing him again today in hopes that he will read it and respond early next week or I will be taking my dispute to someone who cares. The service was great as it always has been but the new policy regarding free oil changes was terribly implemented and perhaps breaking contract. I brought it up to the GM but after letting him know I get my maintenance done somewhere else I was told he didn't need my business at his particular dealership since I'd bought my truck at a different location. No big deal, I'm happy to bring my business elsewhere. More
