When I told them I was not happy they told me appointments were for their convience. They would not say why the parts had not been ordered or why I had not been told. More

My Jeep broke dow less than 2 weeks after bringing it in for a recall on a battery repair. I left it at the dealership to find out what is wrong. Get told its the battery but no time estimate on when it’ll for a recall on a battery repair. I left it at the dealership to find out what is wrong. Been over a week and have heard nothing even though have tried calling. My wife & I have purchased multiple vehicles from Southern but this is the last. Tired of being treated like I’m doing them a favor by purchasing a vehicle. More
