I'm very happy with the service for my oil change and also my full inspection and tune-up on my Hyundai Elantra hybrid. It was faster than I thought it would take and like always, customer service was f also my full inspection and tune-up on my Hyundai Elantra hybrid. Oil change tire rotation was simple, service person was fine with regards to this, completed quickly. However, I have had numerous instances while driving away from a stop where the transmission screeches fine with regards to this, completed quickly. However, I have had numerous instances while driving away from a stop where the transmission screeches VERY loudly and the drivetrain loses power for a few moments. I have several dash cam recordings of this dangerous event. Service dept aren’t concerned with this since they can’t repeat it in the shop. I sent an email to the service mgr as well with a couple of the short video clip, didn’t even rate a response from him. On top of all this, the price for a simple service oil/tires has jumped to $180. More

Why I am no longer driving my Elantra, and How I ended up with the Lexus, is a long story, Took my Lexus- 330 for the 90K- mile Service on Tuesday. Why I am no longer driving my Elantra, and How I ended up with the Lexus, is a long story, and Definitely Not a Reflection on Hyundai! The Fact that I have been going to their Service Dept for 22 years now, first from his Predecessor, Mr. Chan Park, and now from Service Manager Calvin Jeong, should be a Testament to That (smile)! Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Professional, Customer Service is Always Outstanding (smile)! Keeping my car running in Great Condition, only doing what is Necessary, and Charging Me A Great Price!
