It has been an extremely disappointing experience. It is a matter of getting a good car but still being taken advantage of. We bought a certified pre-owned used car. We received the representation of all that had been completed. They did not have a second FOB/key, which they indicated had been checked. They assured us they would order one for us. Three months later, we do not have an ETA, and when we do get a response, it is via email (not returning any calls) and to say, "I need to check with my manager" on the status of the order. Meanwhile, we called another Hyundai, who, for $500, would have no problem ordering and delivering the FOB. $500 is no light expense. Given we already paid for it in the price of the used car, it feels like a large dealer just scrimping because we are not a likely repeat customer. Again, you assume that a Hyundai dealership worries about its reputation enough that they can be trusted. In this case, we were wrong. More
We had a less than 1-start experience. We brought our new lease in for a free oil change and maintanence. Despite having an appointment that was scheduled long in advance, the service depa We brought our new lease in for a free oil change and maintanence. Despite having an appointment that was scheduled long in advance, the service department was low on technicians, so they were not able to service the car. The service clerk was able to find a new appointment. When we brought the car back in, the technician broke one of the main fuses. Since they didn't have the part, they needed to keep the car since it wouldn't start without the fuse. The dealership couldn't give us a ride back home, so we ended up taking a ride share (which was ~$50). When we got a call to pick-up the car, I explicitly let the clerk know that we would come in on Sunday to pick-up the car. Again, I had to take a ride share (which as another ~$50). Once I arrived, I was informed that the service department was closed, so I had to take yet another ride share back home (another ~$50). To get back to the dealership, I needed to take a ride share again (you got it, ~$50), and I was finally able to pick-up my car. In all, I spent close to $200 for a free service. I sent an email to the service department manager and have not heard back. I'm so incredibly disappointed. I am highly unlikey to lease another Hyundai after this experience. More

Everything about my experience was amazing, especially Omar. I was in talks with at least 6 other dealerships and two brokers, but Omar was the most responsive, friendly and willing to work with me to get Omar. He was so helpful in getting my paperwork prepared in advance and making the entire process smoother thank I've ever experienced at any dealership. He was also the most knowledgeable Sales rep I've met when leasing an EV, so I loved that he could actually answer my many questions. Juan also made the Finance paperwork process extremely smooth and kindly answered all my questions. No one was remotely pushy, and I have already been recommending the South Bay Hyundai dealership to friends because of their excellent service. Please acknowledge all their wonderful effort! Thanks!
